Partner, Compliance & Regulatory — Sarasota

Established office seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a compliance and regulatory practice with a focus on healthcare and media/entertainment matters. The role will advise healthcare clients and content/advertising businesses on regulatory risk, FDA-related issues and advertising compliance.

The partner will take a leading role on client development, manage a small team of lawyers and collaborate across practice groups to deliver integrated regulatory and commercial advice. The position offers an opportunity to build a visible practice in a regional office while handling matters that intersect healthcare regulation, FDA matters and advertising law.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience advising on healthcare regulatory and FDA issues
• Strong background in advertising/commercial speech compliance and media-related matters
• Bar admission in the U.S.; record of client development and team leadership
