Partner — Construction & Real Estate Litigation, Cincinnati

Established, national law firm seeks a partner to lead and grow its construction and real estate litigation practice in the Cincinnati office. The role focuses on advising owners, contractors, developers and insurers on a range of construction disputes and commercial real estate litigation matters.

The successful candidate will combine a strong litigation practice with proven client development skills, mentoring junior lawyers and managing complex, high-stakes matters from intake through trial or resolution.

• Lateral Partner with demonstrated construction and commercial real estate litigation experience
• Proven track record of originating and developing client relationships and managing high-value disputes
• Experience supervising associates and leading case teams
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain; strong courtroom and ADR experience
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
