Partner — Construction & Real Estate Litigation, San Francisco

Established national law firm is hiring a partner to lead and grow its construction and real estate litigation practice in the San Francisco office. The role focuses on complex commercial and construction disputes, counseling developers, owners, contractors and design professionals from pre-litigation strategy through trial and appeal.

The partner will split time between casework and business development, supervising associates and managing client relationships. This is a visible position for a senior litigator with a track record of winning matters and originating work in the construction/real estate space.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in construction and commercial real estate litigation
• Proven trial and appellate experience and ability to manage complex matters
• Demonstrated business development and client management skills in the local market
• Admission to practice in California
