Seeking a partner to build and lead a construction and real estate litigation practice from the St. Louis office of a national US law firm. The role focuses on construction disputes, commercial real estate litigation, and related counseling for owner, contractor and developer clients.

The successful candidate will take a visible client-facing role, manage and develop a team of litigators, and help grow the practice locally and regionally. This is an opportunity to join an established platform with national resources while retaining significant autonomy for business development.

Experienced construction and commercial real estate litigator with partner-level experience
Proven trial and arbitration experience and strong technical knowledge of construction contract and defect disputes
Track record of client relationships and demonstrable origination/business development ability
Bar admission in Missouri or eligibility to transfer; willingness to work from the St. Louis office
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
