Leading international firm seeks an established partner (or partner-led team) to strengthen its corporate transactional and high-value commercial litigation capabilities in Minneapolis. The role supports cross-border work and strategic sector practices including life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive.

Ideal candidates will be able to originate and lead complex M&A, private equity and finance matters as well as bet-the-company commercial disputes. The team will collaborate with offices across the U.S. and key global markets (New York, Northern California, Texas, London and Germany).

The hiring group prioritizes partner-led teams that materially expand transactional capacity and litigation firepower; candidates with frequent recent moves are less competitive. This is a practice-building opportunity with strong internal platform and international referral capability.

Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
Established partner-level experience in corporate transactions and/or commercial litigation
Track record of originating and leading cross-border matters and sector-focused work (e.g., life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, automotive)
Prefer team submissions or partners able to bring multiple partners/fee-earners; demonstrated client relationships and referral network
