Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to help grow a combined corporate and commercial litigation platform in Philadelphia. The role focuses on high-value transactional work and major commercial disputes across regulated and technology-driven sectors.

Priority will be given to teams or partners who can substantially expand transactional volume and litigation capabilities; the team is especially active in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive-related matters. The office supports cross‑border matters with market-facing activity in New York, Northern California, Texas, London and Germany.

Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
Substantial partner-level experience handling both corporate transactions (including M&A) and complex commercial litigation
Proven track record in originating and developing client relationships in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive sectors
Preference for hiring intact teams or partners with demonstrable capacity to scale a practice; candidates with frequent prior moves (multiple firm moves) may be at a disadvantage
