Work will span complex corporate transactions and bet-the-company litigation for clients in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive sectors, with cross-border matters touching US, UK and European markets. The firm is prioritizing team hires that materially increase deal and dispute volume.
- Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
- Proven partner-level track record in commercial litigation and corporate transactions
- Experience leading or growing teams; preference for candidates bringing multiple senior lawyers
- Sector experience: life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive
