Senior partner-level appointment for a well-established international firm’s Doha office. The role is open to experienced partners across practices, with a preference for candidates from corporate or corporate governance backgrounds. You will join a compact team advising regional corporates, sponsors and private equity-backed businesses on transactions and governance matters.

The post requires someone able to lead and grow a practice in Qatar, provide high-quality client advice across transactional and governance matters, and represent the office on cross-border matters across the region. The firm offers a senior leadership role with flexibility on practice focus for the right candidate.

Established partner with significant experience in corporate work, corporate governance or related practice areas.
Strong track record of client origination and relationship management in Qatar or the wider GCC region.
Ability to lead a small team, manage cross-border transactions and mentor senior associates.
Admitted or eligible to practise in Qatar (or able to obtain local clearance) and comfortable working within regional regulatory frameworks.
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
