Senior partner role for an experienced corporate/practice leader to build and lead transactional work across M&A, technology transactions, capital markets and energy matters. The role balances originating new business with leading complex deals in renewables, oil & gas and project finance.

Ideal for a partner who enjoys client-facing business development, mentoring junior lawyers, and working with cross-practice teams on commercial and project-based transactions. The position will be based in Madison and involves active collaboration with national practice groups.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in M&A, corporate transactions and energy project work
• Proven client origination and relationship-management track record
• Experience with project finance and transactional structuring for renewable and oil & gas matters
• Ability to lead teams, develop business and work collaboratively across practice groups
