Senior partner hire to lead and grow a project finance and renewable energy practice from the firm's Madison office. The role will combine client-facing deal work on project and infrastructure financings with responsibility for originating new business across the renewables sector.

The position involves supervising associates, coordinating with national practice teams, and managing cross-practice matters (finance, regulatory and commercial aspects) for utility-scale and distributed energy projects. Strong commercial judgment and an established market reputation in project finance and renewable energy are important.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven project finance and renewable-energy transactional experience, including structuring and negotiating project and tax equity financings
Track record of originating and closing complex financings and managing client relationships
Experience leading teams and collaborating with broader firm finance and energy practices
Active admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain it
