Partner, Corporate & Energy — San Francisco

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its San Francisco corporate team, with a strong focus on M&A, corporate transactions and capital markets work for energy and technology clients.

The role will handle cross-border and domestic transactional matters, including project development and commercial contracts in renewable energy and oil & gas, as well as technology-related corporate deals and capital markets transactions. The team advises sponsors, developers and corporate clients across the energy value chain.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in M&A, corporate transactions and capital markets
• Demonstrated record advising on renewable energy and oil & gas transactions, including project development and commercial agreements
• Strong client origination and business development skills
• Bar admission in California or eligibility to transfer
