Senior partner hire to lead and grow a busy corporate and transactional practice in Sacramento focusing on M&A, technology transactions and capital markets work. The role will handle project development and commercial matters across renewable energy and oil & gas sectors, working with in-house and commercial clients on deal execution and structuring.

The successful candidate will join an established, multi-disciplinary team and will be expected to originate business, supervise associates and collaborate across related practice groups to expand market presence in the region.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven partner-level track record in M&A, corporate transactions and technology-related deals
Significant experience with energy sector matters, including renewables and oil & gas project development and commercial agreements
Demonstrated ability to originate and develop client relationships and to lead deal teams
Bar admission in the relevant state or ability to become admitted
