Partner, Corporate & Energy Transactions — Jacksonville

Senior transactional partner hire to lead and grow a corporate/M&A and energy transactions practice in the firm's Jacksonville office. The role will focus on M&A, tech-related transactional work, capital-raising and project development across renewables and oil & gas.

Responsibilities include originating and managing complex deals, advising strategic and financial clients on structuring and execution, and supervising deal teams across related practice areas.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in M&A, corporate and energy transactions, including project development in renewables and oil & gas
• Proven origination and client-management skills; ability to grow a regional practice
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating cross-practice transactional work (capital markets/finance and technology-related deals)
