Partner — Litigation & Healthcare, Jacksonville

Senior litigation partner role in Jacksonville focused on healthcare disputes and high‑stakes business litigation. The position will lead defense matters including False Claims Act and managed care litigation, and handle commercial litigation arising from AI, cybersecurity and cryptocurrency contexts.

The role requires building and managing a litigation practice, mentoring junior lawyers, and working closely with clients on strategy and case management. • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level litigation experience, including FCA/managed care matters
• Proven client origination and relationship management skills
• Strong trial and appellate advocacy and team leadership experience
• Bar admission in Florida (or ability to obtain) and eligibility to practice in relevant jurisdictions
