Partner — Corporate, Finance & Energy (Denver)

Senior corporate partner opportunity for a transactional lawyer to lead and grow a practice focused on M&A, capital markets and energy-sector transactions. The role will handle deal execution across renewables and oil & gas project development and commercial matters, as well as technology-related corporate work.

Candidate will join a national full-service practice and be expected to originate business, manage client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers. Strong commercial judgment, deal leadership and cross-practice collaboration are essential.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in M&A, transactional or capital markets work involving energy-sector clients (renewables and/or oil & gas)
• Experience leading teams on complex transactions and developing client relationships
