Seeking an experienced partner to lead and expand a corporate and finance practice in Frankfurt with a focus on private equity and venture capital transactions. The role will involve originating and advising on cross-border M&A, equity and debt financings, and fund-related work for corporate and sponsor clients.

The successful candidate will take a senior leadership role within the local office, driving business development, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to join a major international firm with significant cross-border deal flow and collaboration across practice groups.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-level experience in corporate and finance, with demonstrable work on private equity and/or venture capital matters
Proven origination and client-development track record in the Frankfurt/Germany market
Strong leadership and people-management skills; experience mentoring senior associates and building teams
Fluent English and German, with ability to advise international clients
