Partner, Corporate & Finance — New York

Leading global law practice is seeking a senior lateral partner to join its Corporate and Finance teams in New York. The role focuses on private equity, venture capital and M&A work across buy‑side, sell‑side and growth transactions.

The successful candidate will lead deal teams, originate and develop client relationships, and help grow a market-facing practice in the U.S. office. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for significant client development and practice management.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in private equity, mergers & acquisitions and/or venture capital transactions
• Proven record of originating work, leading complex deals and managing teams
