Senior partner hire to lead and expand a transactional corporate and finance practice in the New York office. The role focuses on private equity and venture capital work across buyouts, minority investments, financings and related corporate matters.

Take responsibility for originating and executing complex deals, supervising associates and counsel, and collaborating with cross-practice teams on multi-jurisdictional matters. Opportunity to shape practice strategy and drive client development in a large, full-service firm environment.
