Partner — Corporate & Finance (Private Equity / Venture Capital), New York

Leading New York office is seeking a lateral partner to build and lead corporate and finance engagements with a focus on private equity and venture capital transactions. The role will advise sponsors, portfolio companies and financial institutions on buyouts, growth financings and related corporate matters.

This is a senior business-development role with responsibility for originating work and expanding a sector-focused practice. The position offers a clear partnership track and a path to equity over time.

• Portable book of business of $3-4M (USD)
• Proven track record leading private equity and venture capital transactions
• Extensive experience with corporate deals and leveraged/structured finance
• Admission to the New York bar or eligibility to practice in NY
