We are looking for a commercial, client-facing partner who can originate and lead complex transactions, mentor junior lawyers, and help grow the practice. The opportunity is open to individual hires or small team moves.
The role offers a senior position with responsibility for business development and practice leadership in the Calgary office.
- Portable book of business of $1M–$1.5M+ (USD)
- Proven track record in corporate/M&A, finance or real estate transactions
- Experience leading deal teams and developing client relationships
