Senior corporate partner opportunity in a full-service U.S. office seeking a market-facing lawyer to lead and grow transactional work. The role focuses on M&A, general corporate transactions and corporate governance matters for a mix of middle-market and regional clients.

You'll join a broad corporate team and be expected to originate new engagements, manage deal teams and maintain high-quality client relationships across sectors. The position offers meaningful leadership responsibility within the office and collaborating with national practice groups.
