Partner — Corporate (M&A) — Fort Wayne

Senior corporate partner opportunity with a national full‑service firm seeking an experienced transactional lawyer to join its Fort Wayne office. The role focuses on leading M&A and other corporate transactions, advising boards and senior management on governance, and developing client relationships across industry sectors.

The successful candidate will have a proven record of originating and executing complex deals, managing teams of lawyers and supporting business development efforts for the office and region. This is a visible role with partner-level responsibilities and autonomy.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in M&A and corporate transactional work
• Experience advising on corporate governance and board matters
• Demonstrated client origination and relationship management skills
• Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
