Senior partner hire to lead and grow cross-practice work across corporate, healthcare and technology-related matters from the Houston office. The role will focus on M&A, capital markets and private equity transactions, alongside technology transactions and IP-related litigation support for clients in life sciences, healthcare, technology, financial services and energy.

The team is experiencing growth and is open to group moves or strong individual laterals. The role requires business development leadership, origination of significant transactions and collaboration with national and international lawyers on complex, sector-focused deals.

Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
Proven track record leading M&A, capital markets or PE transactions at partner level
Experience with healthcare and life-sciences clients and related regulatory/transactional issues
Strength in technology transactions and/or IP litigation related to corporate matters
Established client relationships and demonstrated origination capabilities
