Leading national law firm seeks a partner to build and lead corporate practice coverage in Los Angeles with a strong emphasis on M&A, capital markets and transactions for healthcare, life sciences and technology clients. The role will work cross-practice with IP and litigation teams on complex, industry-focused matters.

Successful candidates will join a high-growth platform and collaborate with offices across the US and internationally on private equity, issuer-side capital markets and emerging-growth matters. The position emphasizes client origination and relationship development in regulated industries.

Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
Established partner with significant experience leading M&A, capital markets or transactional matters for healthcare, life sciences or technology clients
Track record of client origination and cross-practice collaboration (IP/litigation experience desirable)
Eligible to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction and able to work from the Los Angeles office
