A leading international law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its New York office at the intersection of corporate, intellectual property, and antitrust & competition practices. This is a partner-level position suited to an attorney with a portable book of business and the ambition to help drive growth in a dynamic, cross-disciplinary environment.

The firm’s key industries include private equity, life sciences, and technology, with energy serving as a growing area of focus. The role offers exposure to a broad spectrum of corporate transactions and high-stakes adversarial matters, including M&A, private equity investments, patent litigation, and antitrust litigation tied to private equity.

• Partner-level attorney with a demonstrated record of leadership in corporate, intellectual property, and/or antitrust & competition matters
• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New York bar (or eligibility to waive in)
• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, mentor junior attorneys, and contribute to business development
