Leading national law firm is seeking a Partner to join a market-facing Corporate team in New York with close collaboration across IP and Antitrust practices. The role will combine transactional work (M&A, private equity) with high‑stakes patent litigation and antitrust matters, particularly in life sciences and technology sectors.

The position requires someone who can both originate and handle complex cross‑practice matters, mentor junior lawyers, and build relationships with sophisticated corporate and litigation clients. The team works on matters tied to private equity, life sciences, technology and energy clients.

Significant partner-level experience in M&A/private equity transactions and in patent litigation or antitrust litigation involving technology or life sciences.
Proven origination record and ability to develop cross‑practice client relationships.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills; experience managing matter teams and client strategy.
Bar admission in NY (or willingness to qualify) and ability to work in New York.
Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
