An established law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its San Diego office and help drive growth across a dynamic, cross-disciplinary practice. The role encompasses corporate, intellectual property, antitrust and competition, and energy matters, with a strong emphasis on private equity and venture capital transactions.

The ideal candidate will bring a portable client base and a collaborative approach to serving sophisticated clients in the life sciences and technology sectors. The practice includes patent litigation and antitrust litigation tied to private equity, offering a platform to expand an existing book while leveraging the firm's broader capabilities.

This is an open compensation-model opportunity for a partner ready to contribute to the firm's continued success on the West Coast.

• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
• Demonstrated experience in corporate, intellectual property, antitrust and competition, and/or energy matters
• Private equity and venture capital transaction experience preferred
• Life sciences, technology, and patent litigation exposure a plus
• Antitrust litigation experience tied to private equity beneficial
• Admission to the California Bar (or ability to waive in)
