An established firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its San Diego office, anchoring an integrated corporate, intellectual property, and antitrust/competition practice. The role suits a partner with a strong cross-practice commercial profile who can advise clients at the intersection of transactions and contentious IP matters.

The firm's work spans mergers and acquisitions, private equity, patent litigation, and antitrust, with industry depth in private equity, life sciences, technology, and energy. The successful candidate will help grow and coordinate these areas, working closely with teams across corporate and litigation.

This is an open-compensation system opportunity with a published rate of $1,100 and a portable business expectation, offering a platform for a partner seeking to expand an existing book within a well-regarded national practice.

• Partner-level experience in corporate, intellectual property, and/or antitrust matters
• Demonstrated ability to lead M&A, private equity, patent litigation, or antitrust engagements
• Recognized industry expertise in private equity, life sciences, technology, or energy
• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
