Partner — Corporate, Intellectual Property & Litigation — New York

Leading, transatlantic law firm is seeking an experienced lateral partner to strengthen and grow its Corporate and Intellectual Property practices in the New York office. The role will focus on high-value M&A and corporate governance matters alongside patent and IP litigation work; candidates who can partner across practice groups are encouraged to apply.

The firm is looking for a commercial rainmaker with an entrepreneurial approach who can collaborate with existing teams and help expand practice capacity nationally. Compensation structures (including equity) are discussed on a case-by-case basis and there is flexibility in billing arrangements.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level track record in corporate transactions and/or IP/patent litigation
• Demonstrable ability to originate and manage client relationships and lead teams
• Comfort working collaboratively across offices and practice groups to grow business
