Partner — Corporate, Intellectual Property & Litigation, San Francisco

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its San Francisco office to grow corporate and IP litigation capabilities. The role will sit across corporate transactions, IP matters and related litigation, with opportunity to collaborate with teams serving technology and emerging-growth clients.

The successful candidate will help expand a busy practice by originating and servicing high-value corporate and patent-litigation work, and will work closely with partners across offices on cross-border and multi-practice matters.

This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced partner seeking a platform to scale a portable practice within an established firm environment.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level track record in corporate transactions and/or IP/patent litigation
• Strong client origination skills and experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
