Established, full-equity partnership opportunity for a senior lawyer to join and grow corporate, intellectual property (including patent and IP litigation) and litigation capabilities from the firm's Winston-Salem office. The role prioritizes candidates with a significant portable client base and a track record of originating and leading matters across M&A, corporate governance and contentious IP work.

The firm is especially focused on expanding its southeastern footprint but remains open to candidates from other U.S. offices. Partners hired into this role will be expected to collaborate across offices, support business development, and, where relevant, help establish or grow a local office presence.

Established partner-level experience in M&A, corporate governance, or IP litigation
Proven origination and client-development record with a portable client base
