Partner — Litigation, Intellectual Property & Corporate — Winston-Salem

Established multi-practice team is seeking a lateral partner to join and help grow litigation, intellectual property and corporate capabilities from the firm's regional office. The role will focus on developing client relationships, bringing significant portable work, and collaborating across offices to expand priority practice lines.

Ideal candidates will be experienced trial or IP litigators or corporate partners with a demonstrable track record of rainmaking and team leadership. The hiring team is particularly interested in partners with strength in mass tort/product liability, IP litigation, ERISA and corporate governance matters, and those who can build or transplant a portable book of business.

• Portable book of business of $850k+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in litigation, intellectual property or corporate practices
• Proven client development and team leadership skills; ability to collaborate across offices
• Relevant sector experience in mass tort, product liability, personal injury or ERISA advantageous
