Established corporate partner sought to lead and grow a cross-practice transactional group in Los Angeles. The role emphasizes M&A and private equity transactions supported by deep intellectual property and life‑sciences sector experience, with additional exposure to energy-related deals.

The partner will originate and execute complex cross-disciplinary transactions, develop client relationships across corporate, IP and energy practices, and mentor junior lawyers. This is a senior leadership role with significant client-facing and business-development responsibilities.

• Proven track record advising on M&A and private equity transactions, including matters with IP or life‑science components
• Experience handling transactional matters in the energy sector and coordinating cross-practice teams
