- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Proven track record advising on M&A and private equity transactions, including matters with IP or life‑science components
- Experience handling transactional matters in the energy sector and coordinating cross-practice teams
- Demonstrable business development and client-management experience appropriate to a partner role
