Senior partner opportunity in Reno for an experienced corporate and intellectual property lawyer with a strong litigation capability. The role is focused on growing and leading corporate, M&A and IP/patent litigation work while collaborating with offices across the national platform.

The firm is seeking a partner with a portable, client-facing practice who can develop cross-office opportunities and contribute to strategic growth in corporate, emerging companies and IP litigation matters. The role offers partnership equity arrangements on a case-by-case basis and flexibility on billing arrangements for litigation and corporate work.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in corporate transactions, M&A or IP/patent litigation
• Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships and collaborate across multiple offices
• Experience advising emerging growth/startup clients and corporate governance matters
