Partner — Corporate, IP & Litigation (Philadelphia)

Seeking a senior partner to lead and expand corporate and related practices in a major U.S. office. The role will focus on M&A (including private equity), capital markets, emerging-growth and technology transactions, alongside IP litigation and transactional matters.

This is an opportunity to join a high‑capacity team driving growth across corporate, finance and technology sectors. The office is actively growing and prioritizes candidates who can both develop client relationships and integrate with established groups.

• Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
• Established track record in M&A, capital markets or technology transactions
• Experience handling IP litigation or related transactional IP work
• Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships at partner level
