Senior partner opportunity in a major international law firm seeking a leader to grow and lead corporate, technology and intellectual property work from the Sacramento office. The role will focus on M&A (including private equity and strategic transactions), capital markets, emerging-growth and technology transactional work, together with IP litigation and related disputes.

The successful candidate will drive business development, originate and win new mandates, manage client relationships across sectors (technology, life sciences, financial services and energy) and collaborate with teams across multiple U.S. and international offices.

Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
Established partner-level track record in M&A, capital markets, technology transactions or IP litigation
Demonstrated business development and client-originating success, with experience cross-selling across practices and offices
Proven team leadership and ability to work with national and international practice groups; admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
