Senior partner hire to grow an established corporate and commercial litigation practice in Denver. The team seeks experienced partners or teams who can increase transactional capacity and handle significant commercial disputes across corporate, private equity and venture-backed matters.

Focus sectors include life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive. The group is pursuing team moves (rather than single individuals) and will prioritize candidates who can bring sustained client relationships and cross‑border work spanning major U.S. and international markets.
