An established, globally recognized law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Miami office, contributing to a growing platform that spans corporate transactions and high-stakes commercial litigation. The role offers the opportunity to help drive significant deal volume and complex disputes work across multiple sectors.

The firm's practice serves clients in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, and automotive industries, with a market focus that includes New York, Northern California, Texas, London, and Germany. The incoming partner will have the chance to collaborate across offices and practice groups on matters of scale.

This is a team-oriented opportunity: the firm prioritizes acquiring cohesive teams over individual laterals, aiming to strengthen its transactional and litigation capabilities in a strategic market. Candidates with a substantial portable practice and a track record of managing significant client relationships are encouraged to explore this opening.

• Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
• Demonstrated experience leading complex commercial litigation and/or corporate transactions
• Established client relationships, including at least one anchor client
• Stable career history, with no more than three to five firm moves
• J.D. or equivalent and active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction
