This role offers the opportunity to work on significant commercial litigation and corporate transactions while helping to expand the firm's transactional volume and litigation capabilities.

The incoming partner will collaborate with a team-oriented environment that prioritizes acquiring cohesive groups over individual laterals. The practice spans multiple sectors including life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, and automotive, with a strong market focus across New York, Northern California, Texas, London, and Germany.

This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial partner with a substantial portable book of business to further develop a robust practice within a supportive and globally integrated platform.

Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
Partner with extensive experience in commercial litigation and corporate transactions
Capable of handling significant commercial litigation and M&A matters
Stable career history (no more than three to five firm moves)
Team acquisition experience preferred over individual moves
One or more anchor client relationships with portability of at least $5M
