Senior partner appointment to lead and grow integrated corporate and commercial litigation capabilities in Minneapolis. The role is focused on building a team-first platform to win and manage large transactional matters and bet-the-company commercial disputes across multiple industry sectors.

Ideal candidates will have significant partner-level experience advising on complex M&A and corporate matters and handling high-stakes commercial litigation. The hiring group prioritizes team hires (groups or practice leaders) who can drive cross-border work and deepen relationships across life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and other sector clients.

• Established partner track record in both corporate transactions and commercial litigation
