Partner — Corporate & Litigation (New York)

Senior partner hire sought to join a major international law firm's New York office, working across corporate and commercial litigation matters. The role combines transactional leadership on M&A, corporate governance and other corporate work with handling complex commercial disputes.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, develop new business, and collaborate with a global network of practice teams on cross-border matters. This is a visible role for a market-facing partner seeking significant client development and practice-building responsibility.

• Portable book of business of $6M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in both transactional corporate matters (M&A, governance, commercial transactions) and commercial litigation
• Proven client development record and ability to originate and grow major client relationships
• Admissions and standing to practice in New York or equivalent jurisdictional qualifications
