Partner, Corporate & Litigation - New York

Senior partner hire to lead and grow both high-value corporate transactions and large commercial litigation matters from the firm’s New York office. The role emphasizes building transaction volume and enhancing the commercial litigation bench across targeted industry sectors.

Priority is on candidates able to bring or attract teams (not just individual hires) and to originate work across life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive industry clients. The team will operate with a market focus that includes New York, Northern California, Texas, London and Germany.

• Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in high-value corporate transactions and/or large commercial litigation
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, lead and integrate lateral teams
• Sector experience in one or more of: life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive
