Top-tier global firm is recruiting a Partner to strengthen its Corporate, Litigation and IP capabilities in the San Francisco market. The role focuses on leading cross-practice work in M&A (including private equity), capital markets and technology-related matters, with opportunities to partner with existing industry teams in life sciences, financial services and energy.

Successful candidates will lead client relationships, originate new business, and build or grow a team in the region. This is a high-impact role for a senior rainmaker who can work across transactional and contentious matters and collaborate with national and international offices.

Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
Established Partner-level experience in M&A, capital markets and/or complex commercial litigation
Proven client origination and relationship-management record in technology, life sciences, financial services or energy sectors
Ability to lead and grow a cross-disciplinary practice and collaborate with multiple offices
