Partner — Corporate & Litigation, San Francisco

Leading global law practice seeks a lateral partner to grow an integrated corporate and commercial litigation platform in San Francisco. The role focuses on high-value corporate transactions and significant commercial disputes across sectors including life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive.

Priority will be given to candidates who can bring or build a cohesive team rather than isolated hires; the team will work closely with offices across key markets (New York, Northern California, Texas, London and Germany) on cross-border matters.

• Established partner with a strong track record in M&A, private equity or complex commercial litigation
• Experience advising clients in life sciences, financial services, technology or energy sectors
• Proven ability to hire, lead and integrate a team; preference for candidates proposing a team-based move
• Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
