An established international law firm is seeking a senior partner to anchor and expand its Corporate, Litigation, Finance and Banking, and Technology practices. This is a strategic, big-ticket opportunity for a partner with a substantial portable practice and a demonstrated ability to lead complex commercial litigation and cross-border corporate transactions.

The role places a premium on team acquisition — the firm prioritizes acquiring cohesive groups over individual hires in order to amplify transactional volume and manage significant commercial litigation matters. A successful candidate will bring a portable book supported by at least one anchor client, along with substantive experience across sectors such as Life Sciences, Financial Services, Technology, Energy, and the Automotive Industry.

Practice coverage spans private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, commercial litigation, and related regulatory and international matters. This is a market-facing position with strategic focus across key U.S. and international markets, including New York, Northern California, Texas, London, and Germany.

Ideal candidates bring an entrepreneurial approach, a stable and portable client base, and a track record of building sustainable practice groups. The firm is particularly interested in partners with meaningful repeat-client relationships and substantive transaction or litigation leadership.
