Senior partner role to lead and grow a market-facing Corporate & M&A practice in Atlanta, with an emphasis on buyouts, strategic M&A, and capital markets work across technology, life sciences and financial services sectors. The role will also coordinate closely with technology transactions and intellectual property teams to provide cross-practice solutions.

The firm seeks a partner able to originate and manage high-value corporate and capital-markets mandates, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with national and international offices on multi-jurisdictional matters. Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
Proven partner-level experience leading M&A and capital markets matters, preferably with PE and issuer-side experience
Track record of originating and managing client relationships in technology, life sciences, financial services or energy sectors
Ability to work cross-functionally with IP and tech-transaction teams and to build/lead a team
Active bar admission and strong litigation or transactional project management skills
