The role will sit in a high-growth office and will work closely with cross-practice teams on transactional and advisory matters.
Ideal candidates will have a strong track record on private equity and issuer-side capital markets transactions, experience advising growth-stage and technology companies, and the ability to win and manage significant client relationships. The position offers collaboration with national and international deal teams and opportunities to build a platform in priority sectors including technology, life sciences, financial services and energy.
- Track record leading complex M&A and capital markets transactions, including private equity and issuer-side work
- Experience advising emerging growth / technology clients and handling technology transactions
- Proven client-development skills and ability to originate and manage large matters
- Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
