Partner — Corporate (M&A & Capital Markets) — Washington, D.C.

Leading global law firm seeks a market-facing partner to strengthen its corporate practice in Washington, D.C. The role will focus on M&A, private equity and capital markets work across life sciences, technology, financial services and energy clients, with opportunities to collaborate with IP and litigation teams on connected disputes and transactions.

The successful candidate will help grow a team or join an existing group, contribute to business development and play a visible role in originating and executing complex cross-border transactions. The office is in a growth phase and is prioritizing candidates who can expand client coverage in the region.

• Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in M&A, private equity or capital markets
• Experience advising life sciences, technology, financial services or energy sector clients
• Proven business development and team leadership capabilities; cross-office collaboration experience preferred
