Partner — Corporate / M&A, Doha

Leading international firm seeks a senior corporate partner to build and lead its Doha corporate and M&A practice. The role focuses on cross-border and domestic transactional work, acting on mergers & acquisitions and corporate transactional matters for regional and international clients.

The successful candidate will lead origination and client relationships, mentor and manage a local transactional team, and work closely with colleagues across the region. This is an opportunity to establish or expand a market-facing practice in Qatar's commercial centre.

• Proven corporate and M&A track record at partner level in the region or on relevant cross-border work
• Portable book of business of $1M+ (USD)
• Demonstrable client origination and relationship management skills
• Experience managing and developing fee-earners and leading transactional matters
