Partner, Corporate (M&A) — Doha

Senior hire sought to lead and grow a corporate/M&A practice in Doha. The role will focus on cross-border transactional work, corporate governance and day-to-day commercial advice for clients across the region.

The partner will join an established team, take responsibility for originating mandates, lead deal execution, and mentor junior lawyers. Strong client-facing experience and a proven track record on complex transactions are essential.

• Proven corporate/M&A partner with significant transaction experience in the region
• Strong client origination and business development capabilities
• Experience leading teams and managing complex cross-border matters
• Admission to practise in a common law jurisdiction or equivalent qualification
• Portable book of business of $1M+ (USD)
