Partner, Corporate (M&A) — Florham Park

Senior corporate partner role in a full-service U.S. firm’s Florham Park office, joining a national transactional practice focused on mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance and related corporate work. The team advises strategic and private equity clients on mid- to large-market transactions and ongoing corporate advisory matters.

The role requires a market-facing partner who will lead deals, develop client relationships and work collaboratively with cross-office corporate teams. This is an opportunity to shape and grow a transactional practice within an established national platform.

• Proven partner-level experience leading M&A and corporate transactional matters
• Strong client origination and relationship-management track record
• Comfort working with strategic and private equity clients on complex transactions
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
