Partner — Finance & Banking and Corporate, Florham Park

Senior finance and corporate partner role in the firm’s Florham Park office. The hire will lead and expand transactional work across finance, investment management and asset management matters, working with a team of lawyers on complex client mandates.

The team advises institutional and private-entity clients on financing structures and corporate transactions. The role offers a chance to shape practice strategy, originate business and manage client relationships within a busy, collaborative practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in finance, corporate or investment/asset management work
• Proven originator with demonstrable client development and relationship-management skills
• Ability to lead deal teams and mentor junior lawyers; active bar admission
