Senior finance and corporate partner role in the firm’s Florham Park office. The hire will lead and expand transactional work across finance, investment management and asset management matters, working with a team of lawyers on complex client mandates.

The team advises institutional and private-entity clients on financing structures and corporate transactions. The role offers a chance to shape practice strategy, originate business and manage client relationships within a busy, collaborative practice.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-level experience in finance, corporate or investment/asset management work
Proven originator with demonstrable client development and relationship-management skills
Ability to lead deal teams and mentor junior lawyers; active bar admission
