Partner — Corporate & M&A, Houston

Leading international law firm is hiring a partner to grow and lead its Houston corporate practice with a focus on M&A and capital markets. The role will originate and execute complex transactions for clients across technology, life sciences, financial services and energy sectors, and work closely with complementary practices including technology and IP litigation.

The partner will be expected to build client relationships, mentor junior lawyers and collaborate across offices to capture regional and cross-border opportunities. This is a senior rainmaking role with responsibility for driving practice growth in the region.

• Proven track record leading M&A and capital markets transactions; strong origination record
• Experience advising technology, life sciences, financial services or energy clients preferred
• Ability to develop and mentor a team and collaborate across offices
